Participate from a private, quiet location where you can speak freely without interruptions.

A Christian therapist provides the same high-quality, evidence-based clinical care you would expect from a Licensed Professional Counselor while thoughtfully integrating the hope and truth of the Christian faith into the counseling process. Our goal is to care for the whole person—emotionally, relationally, mentally, and spiritually.
During the counseling process, you can expect several key components of treatment:
Assessment & Evaluation
We use evidence-based assessment tools and clinical interviews to better understand your concerns, monitor progress, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. These assessments may include questionnaires, rating scales, and open-ended discussions about your experiences.Education & Skill Development
Understanding your symptoms and the factors contributing to them is an important part of healing. We'll help you gain insight into your struggles while teaching practical coping skills, healthy relationship strategies, and evidence-based interventions that promote lasting change.Processing & Talk Therapy
Counseling provides a confidential, supportive environment where you can openly discuss life's challenges without fear of judgment. Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, process difficult experiences, develop healthier ways of thinking and responding, and work toward meaningful goals.Faith Integration
As Christian counselors, we believe God's truth speaks to every area of life. When appropriate and desired by the client, we integrate biblical principles, Christian worldview, prayer, and spiritual encouragement into the counseling process while maintaining clinically sound, evidence-based care. Our aim is not only symptom relief but also growth in wisdom, hope, and flourishing.Every counseling relationship is unique. We meet you where you are, collaborate on goals that matter to you, and walk alongside you as you pursue healing, restoration, and lasting change.

A mental health diagnosis is simply a clinical tool that helps counselors understand your symptoms, communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals when needed, and develop the most appropriate treatment plan. A diagnosis does not define who you are—it is simply a description of the challenges you are experiencing at this point in time.
There are several important reasons a diagnosis may be given:
Insurance Billing
Most insurance companies require a diagnosable mental health condition before they will reimburse for counseling services. If you choose to use insurance, a diagnosis is generally required. Clients who pay directly for services or participate in couples counseling may not always need a diagnosis.Guiding Treatment
A diagnosis helps organize your symptoms into a meaningful clinical picture. It enables your counselor to draw from evidence-based research and established treatment approaches that have been shown to be effective for concerns similar to yours.Monitoring Progress
Mental health diagnoses are based on specific clinical criteria. Throughout counseling, we continually assess your symptoms to monitor improvement, make adjustments to treatment when needed, and determine whether a diagnosis remains accurate as you grow and heal. Our focus is never on labeling people. Our goal is to understand your unique story, provide compassionate care, and help you experience meaningful, lasting change.
